Tracking questions

How do I know which carrier has my shipment?

The carrier’s name is on your bill of lading or air waybill. You can also type the container or AWB number in the search box — we detect the carrier automatically for most shipping lines and airlines.

Where do I find my container number?

It has 4 letters and 7 digits (e.g. MSCU 123456 6) and appears on the bill of lading and on the container doors. The last digit is a check digit, which lets us spot typing mistakes.

Can I track with the bill of lading number?

Yes. Most shipping lines accept the bill of lading (B/L) number on their tracking page.

My carrier is not on the list?

Send us the container or AWB number on WhatsApp and we will help you follow it.
